Ravi Adibhatla, Technical Director (Cyprus), has over 30 years of maritime experience. He previously managed the delivery of the first dual-fuel engine at a major container company and is known for his hands-on expertise, communication skills, and adaptability.

Nguyen Van Soan, a Marine Engineer with nearly 15 years in marine/offshore, specializes in H&M/P&I surveys, loss adjustment, and MWS/Project Management for construction and project cargo in Southeast Asia. He currently consults on near-shore wind projects.

Mr. Nguyen Van Sy brings over 20 years of in-depth experience in the maritime industry, commencing his career onboard specialized vessels, including LPG and Oil/Chemical Tankers, holding the rank of Master Mariner. His extensive seagoing experience serves as a solid foundation for his strategic shore-based leadership roles.

Shore-based Management and Operational Experience:

  • Strategic Management Roles: Held senior positions, including Senior Fleet Manager,
  • Core Responsibility: Accountable for establishing and maintaining the safety and security management systems for the fleet, ensuring absolute compliance with international regulations and standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Directly monitored fleet operations and managed the staff and superintendents within the department, ensuring optimal performance and operational discipline

Technical and Compliance Expertise:

  • Certification Authority: Possesses vast experience as a Class Surveyor and a Flag State
    Inspector.
  • Vetting Control: Successfully conducted Pre-vetting inspections, marine safety navigation assessments, and cargo operation audits. Expertise includes specialized training for crew members and comprehensive risk assessment.
  • Industry Liaison: Directly engaged with numerous submitting companies and Oil Majors to successfully manage SIRE 2.0, TMSA and CDI Vetting processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provides direct instruction on safety operations to specialized superintendents and is responsible for thorough incident investigation to drive long-term corrective actions and procedural enhancements.
  • Beyond our core team, we are strongly supported by an exclusive regional network comprising over 10 seasoned Master Mariners – Marine Experts and more than 5 dedicated Technical Specialists. This powerful pool of high-calibre professionals also includes a comprehensive roster of Senior Assessors across various critical domains: Auditing, Inspections, Surveying, and Marine Warranty Survey (MWS).
